I took time off from my usual routine of JDorama / JMovie coach potato-ing and decided to watch this movie again. The imprint the movie gave me, was the same as it was back then when I first watched it. Truth be told, this wasn’t my second watch, and yet every time without fail, it will always gives me the same after effect feeling ~ a movie so compelling, profoundly moving and a masterpiece.
I remember reading the book when I was a high school-er and then watching the movie adaptation of it after that. It remain to this day, one of my most favorite movie of all time. And if I must name a favorite from Stephen King, this would be IT.
Out of a rating of 10, this movie will always be a 10++ for me.Some scenes that leaves you with a deep resonance long after finishing the movie:
“Get busy living or get busy dying.”
“Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good things ever dies”
