My 2 cents worth on the 9th Episode on todays’ date: 9th Sept 2009 ~ just making use of the opportunity 
. Its a good number you know (9090909)…well at least I think so too. I’m beating around the bush, lets just get back to the story in hand.
Episode 9 was actually okay ~ at first. Continuation from ep.8, when Natsuki begged Naoki not to leave her, he took hold of her hand, turn around to tell her that he needs to leave because he had someone to see. (Hehe, I had my evil grin meant for Natsuki then). Won’t go so much into details here, but Natsuki is still very much scheming in this episode. I can tell you that much. Scenes that made my heart at rest (after that ending at ep.8):- Naoki got to eat that French-Toast Riko made for him 
But then again, this happy scene was short-lived after Riko got a call from that conniving Natsuki.
I’ll skip immediately to to scene where Natsuki finally revealed her true colors to Riko (you can find what’s their confrontation all about here)
I love Mai for backing Riko up during this scene The best part for me was when Mai said to Natsuki’s face what a pitiful/ pathetic of a woman she is for doing what she’s best at – being a Medusa of a women! (well, Mai did not really say that). HAH! serves Natsuki right ~ at heart I was already saying EAT THAT YOU SLY SNAKE!
This next cap is when Naoki-Riko had a fall out. And of course it has got something to do with what Natsuki said to Riko earlier and also something to do with that fight Naoki had with Yoyogi in the locker room:
Demo ne, at the same time, I cannot help but feel a tad disappointed with Riko for letting herself be swayed with what Natsuki said. *Sigh* I guess there’s no helping to that when Riko felt that Naoki hasn’t been that ALL honest to her.
I was hopeful with the flow of Ep.9 when Natsuki was about to say something to Naoki, (probably trying to tell him that she still have strong feelings for him), Naoki just cut her short by telling her that he already have someone important to him. Natsuki’s response “Shirakawa?” and Naoki nodded to that, yadaa yadaa to Natsuki and walked away from her (for the second time in this episode alone!! YES!!)
—> at this scene, I practically did the 360 hand-move dance ~ oh scratch that. I was smiling gleefully to my hearts content! Another “Attaboy Naoki!!” moment for me. Aahh, I was so happy for Riko when this happened!
However in Riko’s place, Kawasaki-san showed up right at her door upon returning from Boston. Riko came out with her honest feelings right then and told Kawasaki that she is in love with Naoki ~ thus why she cannot accept his ring. Although he took it the ‘manly’ way.
And you think we can have our happily ever after ending after this?? Hah!! Don’t be too happy just too soon (like I did). When Kawasaki wished Riko happiness, she actually tried to hide her tears at first, but ended-up crying. Obviously she was disturbed over the rift she had with Naoki at South Park earlier on. That only made Kawasaki’s heart weakened and he hugged her to give her a shoulder to cry on. When Riko pulled back from Kawasaki, that’s when Kawasaki grabbed hold of Riko again and gave her a further tight hug…
Next scene showed a determined Naoki riding his bicycle, over to see Riko with the good news, unknowingly to him the current situation he’s about to face …
…and episode 9 ended right there and then!!! Aarrggghhh!!!
And that leaves us audience wondering whether Naoki will see that very tight hug between Kawasaki and Riko. How will he react to that? Might he get the wrong idea altogether? Or what will Kawasaki do after seeing Riko cry like that? Aarghh!! What a cliff hanger!
Preview of Ep.10 actually showed us Naoki saying goodbye to Riko. Ehh??!!! Will this really be the start to their end?? And Noaki going for his ankle operation after all…with Natsuki hovering behind…another “Ehh??!!”

HAHAHA yeah, my mistake, everyone keeps telling me it’s 11 episodes, so now I’ll just HAVE TO believe everyone! and it’s a good thing! since the drama’s been so entertaining I didn’t quite want it to end so soon…
When I watched the first part of the episode I was damn sad for Riko….. But after tt, was damn sad for Naoki….. Vry scared that Naoki will see them hugging, esp. when he bought flowers especially to apologise to her ><
And I can't imagine his depressed/disappointed face! But I still tink Yamapi is very cute ^^

And I totally laughed when Mai talked to Natsuki. But somehow, I tink Natsuki is quite a poor thing actually……… Maybe, she was just controlled by her emotions and did all those bad things.. Just maybe o.O

Thought you might be interested in knowing I’ve done the review for Otomen 5! Looks like the drama’s going to turn out well too (or so I hope).
Well, I THINK it could be 10. Wiki says 11, but the Chinese/Jpn titles say, “Last Episode…” and I was like, NOoooOooOo… so we’ll wait and see who’s right. If it’s 11, I’ll go yippeee!
Yeah, doing the screen caps took me AGES. Can’t believe you’re so patient!! LOL and no, don’t let go on minor things like these if it makes you happy. I know it would annoy me if my screen capping wasn’t done exactly the way I like it to be done. Yours looks really neat and is filled with more action than mine LOL.
BTW, Otomen 5 is really great (if I have the time tomorrow might do a review for it) it put me in stitches half the time. Try to find subtitles for it if you can!
LOL your screen caps look better than mine for unknown reasons. I’m bad at this screen capturing thing. It takes ages to do them right! Oh by the way, we were wrong to hope for Episode 11. It’s definitely ending at 10. sighhhh. You’re right about the cliffhanger (AGAIN!) I don’t know how they manage to do this every single episode, it’s going to feel like eternity waiting for the final episode to be released next week (and I refuse to watch it without the subtitles, because my Japanese simply isn’t that good and I’d rather not misunderstand anything…)

Taking screen caps and editing it does take a lot of time ~ gotta agree with you on that. Ep.8 took me nearly half a day – and that’s not including the many times i re-edit it again later during the night. Geez, I’m gonna have to learn to ‘let it go’ on minor things like this. But after having said that, I’d probably do some new caps for this later
My Japanese is worst. I watched the HQ version awhile ago and realized that I have a lot of things wrong in this review. Will need to redo this once I have the time. Better yet, after I’ve watched it with sub.
